Personal Information may be retained as long as the Subscriber account is active. Personal information may be retained after an account is cancelled due to dispute, legal, abuse, fraud, or protection purposes.

Softrip implements industry-standard best practices to secure its applications. Softrip also periodically performs security tests on its applications to ensure that no new vulnerabilities are introduced and that clients' data and applications are safe and secure.

When a policy update is necessary due to legal or technical, Softrip will update this Privacy Policy. Prior to the effective change, Subscribers will be communicated via e-mail of the policy update.
